ONE PHOTO EVERY WEEK 30/52/2025- COCUNUT DRINK

This vibrant street scene near Pasar Seni in Kuala Lumpur showcases a young woman entrepreneur running a charming fresh coconut water kiosk. Her small business is not just about selling coconuts — it reflects thoughtful branding, customer experience, and a touch of tropical flair. Business Description: Coconut Water Kiosk This young lady appears to be running a pop-up coconut water stand, targeting tourists and urban explorers in one of KL’s most walkable, artsy districts. Her kiosk is simple but well-curated — suggesting a strong sense of design and street-level marketing. Setup Highlights:    •   Yellow and White Striped Umbrella: Eye-catching and cheerful, it offers shade while creating a bright, tropical atmosphere. It signals freshness and invites passersby.    •   Minimalist White Table with Clean Layout: The coconuts are neatly placed on a white tablecloth, giving a sense of hygiene and order. There are decorative touches like fresh orchids...

ONE PHOTO EVERY WEEK 29/52/2025- KOPI KITA

As for my Rule of Thumb, I refrain from eating lunch and dinner at the airport, unless I am willing to pay higher price for lousy food.Kopi Kita as shown above is an exception. It serves Malayian food and drinks ad reasonable price.  On one occassion, I bought a bottle of 600ml mineral water. IT costs me RM4.90. Outside it costs RM1.50.  Airport is a captive market where passengers are trapped for space and time. Techically and commercially, they become 'captives' by design. Last week, my AA flight got delayed by two and the half hours and re-scheduled three times. I hope the Authorities penalise any airlines that delay their scheduled departure by more than one hour.  How much? Just give us passengers free flight on the same route.

ONE PHOTO EVERY WEEK 28/52/2025- PAINTING FOR PUBLIC

ONE PHOTO EVERY WEEK 28/52/2025: ART FOR EVERYONE Creative Business Idea: Art for Everyone at The Annexe, Pasar Seni There are many ways to earn an income from art, and this is one particularly clever and inclusive example. At The Annexe Building next to Pasar Seni (Central Market), an art entrepreneur has created a space that allows non-artists to experience the joy of painting—without needing any drawing skills. Interestingly, he doesn’t sell finished artwork, nor does he paint on commission. Instead, he offers pre-drawn art templates—ready-to-paint sketches—which customers can colour in using provided materials. For less than RM25 per session, participants get a full package: access to a table, chair, brushes, paint, and a selection of sketch templates. It’s an inviting and relaxing space, attracting a steady stream of families, friends, and tourists, especially on weekends when the shop is usually full. Visitors spend time enjoying a hands-on creative experience while surroun...
